Can anyone share their detox bath recipes for colds/illness? Any other natural cold relief ideas?

I do a 1/2 cup epsom salt, a few tablespoons of baking soda, a drop of peppermint and a drop of tea tree. If you have any magnesium be sure to add that too!

yup! Epsom salt and essential oils like peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender, rosemary. etc. it works wonders! also, coconut oil with a drop or two of ppermint oil rubbed on the chest and bottom of feet before bed helps swnd the babe to sleep fairly easily.
