Sore hands and feet
Lately I've been waking up with sore hands and feet. My blood pressure is always good, I drink a lot of water and they are only a little swollen. My hands and ankles almost feel arthritic and the bottoms of my feet hurt. It usually dissipates throughout the day. Anyone else experiencing this, or know what's going on?
