If you’re talking about the frozen meals then keep an eye on sodium. Some have as much as 1200 g of sodium when the daily recommended value is 2300. If you’re talking like frozen veggies and fruits those are fine but like I said keep an eye on sodium if it’s the frozen dinners, breakfast sandwiches etc.

Make sure to microwave in glass containers...plastics, even BPA free plastics leach harmful chemicals into the food in the microwave
