My blood pressure is usually ready good and normal but since I went to the doctor for the first time last Wednesday I found out it was high. We checked couple other times and it was still high so doctor recommended me to buy a machine and keep a daily notes for couple of days until my next visit on this coming Wednesday. Tonight I checked and it was 167/90. Pretty high! My sister, who is a cardiologist, recommended me to call my doctor tomorrow and have a conversation to start on meds ASAP. Unfortunately I have family history of HBP and that’s my concern (again, I never had this problem until become pregnant). Does anyone suffering form the same issue?
