It may be just me... (Unpopular MS Opinion)

I’m a military spouse, and my husband left for his deployment.

I’m kinda tired of the assumption that I’m struggling or that life is so much harder because my husband isn’t here. Yes, I love my husband and miss him everyday (I especially miss the sex). But I’m a whole grown ass woman that can take care of herself and a house. I have no kids, a good job, etc.

Idk... I just don’t like the “Are you okay” or “Do you need anything” questions. I get it that we are more or less a family that should support each other, and my situation doesn’t apply to everyone, but damn. Unless you can bring him home today, I’m good and don’t need anything.
