copper IUD help

I had the IUD for two years and I'm experiencing things that don't feel normal I want to know has anyone had one moved and had to have surgery I need to know what you exsperced right now I'm experiencing off and on pain in my vagina like as if someone sticked a needle in me i had sex today and hurt to be on top and my husband says things feel normal to him he just can't feel my strings and i would off and on get pain at my cervix and would cause me to sit down I'm waiting on a call back from my doctor and gonna try to get seen this week I'm worried since I can't feel my strings and I off and on feeling like something is in me down there when I can't feel anything and a month ago when I had sex my husband was able to feel my IUD so much he felt it scratch him and ever since he hasn't felt it but anyways I'm supposed to get my period next week and it's not even here yet and my down below has been bothering me already
