I am so confused :(

I got off depo & nexplanon a month ago, for about 2/3 weeks now i’ve been having crazy bad cramps & my nipples & boobs have been so sore! i keep thinking maybe its AF coming but it never happens :( Does anyone know why this could be happening? the cramps hurt really bad.
