I found out I was pregnant on the 18th and then started having cramping and some light spotting on the 25th. My ob had me have my hcg levels checked and they were 146.9 and then checked again on the 27th. They dropped to 39.6. I was told it was a possible early miscarriage. I had bleeding from the 28-31 and then more spotting but have now stopped completely. During the days I was spotting I didn’t feel pregnant anymore but now my pregnancy symptoms are back. I have an appointment with my ob this Thursday. I was wondering if anyone had this happen to them and have a good outcome?
