Still no period??

Question

My sweet little Beau will be one on 6/9/18. We are still breastfeeding along with formula and table foods. I still haven’t started my period... I’m not on birth control but we do use condoms, (but tmi only after things get started a bit if you know what I mean.) I started spotting and cramping a bit yesterday and thought for sure it was my period but now I’m just crampy with no blood. Any ideas??

I am SO happy to know I’m not the only one in this boat!!! I haven’t had a period since I had my daughter on May 26th of 2017. I didn’t breastfeed however and I’ve been put on birth control and have tried several other natural things and nothing. My doctor told me not to worry that eventually my hormones would balance out that for some women it could take up to two years after having a baby. She told me that as long as I was healthy not having my period was ok. She told me to enjoy it lol.

Even my son will be 1year old on this 20th..I dint get my periods  still....Had no libido for almost 9months postpartum...recently I started getting little interest and I notice vaginal mucus  now a days...so I expect my periods in few months...

Maybe your period will start soon if you are having cramping. I wouldn’t worry yet, it could take awhile before it starts up again. After I completely stopped breastfeeding I got af 2 months later (for both my girls).
