Tubal ligation

Okay I had my tubal ligation January 25 2018 at 4:00pm after having my 3rd child and after 6 weeks I had my first period, it lasted only 5 days when it usually in the past years lasted 7 days even since my first period, but now I missed almost 2 periods because right now I’m 2 days late. (Also last I had my period extremely late the past month and the month before that I didn’t have a period and the one before that one I had a period for 5 days in the beginning of the month) Had anyone experienced this after having a tubal ligation done???
