Let me start with that I had a chemical in April. So I am NERVOUS.

I went in to the doctor last week for back pain and they found an ovarian cyst on my left ovary and they were concerned about the fluid around it and said they wanted me to come back after my period to make sure it went away.

flash forward to this week if my period. I got a faint positive on Saturday and it’s MUCH darker today.

I had a red spot at 3am and it’s all brown now. It’s not even enough for me to see in my underwear only when I check with my finger.

My doctors office was just SO rude and said they don’t confirm pregnancy and that the first appointment is normally with an ultrasound at 5 weeks and I’d have to wait till next week.

I am nervous about my back pain and cramping with a cyst.

I left a message for a nurse I’m hoping they call me back.

Could a cyst have caused the red blood at 3am?
