Injured my tail bone while squatting ??

So I did some squats last night and out of nowhere my tailbone started hurting mid squat I had to slowly get up now whenever I lay down or sit down I can hardly get up it takes me a minute to stand up because the pain is so bad I couldn’t even turn over in bed to switch sides because I was in so much pain. HOW CAN I SOOTHE THIS PAIN 😭😭
