Hello! Quick question, recently got into my first relationship and I have been having sex a lot this month. I am on combination birth control pills and me and my boyfriend always use a condom on top of the pill for extra protection. We had sex yesterday morning twice and now I feel like a pain down there? Not like a burning, itching or anything like that. Just like something was shoved up there that was too big and it feels like it has expanded down there (if that makes sense?) however with all the times we have had sex this month I’ve never felt this way... Could this be a sign of pregnancy or a std/sti? Not sure what else the cause could be!!! Any help would be great!

By using a condom plus being on birth control for almost a year, my chance of pregnancy is very low right? I know every time you have sex you run a risk of getting pregnant.
