My 18 month old twins spent the first 12 months together (first 5 months in the same crib) We split their rooms because my son was getting up at 2am crying and waking our girl so for our sanity we moved her room so we can sleep train him. That was done in 5 nights and now they both sleep for about 11 hours so I didn't move them back because how well everything is working out.

In a few months we will be moving back home... going from a 4bedroom house to a 2 bedroom. To ease the move a bit I wanted to put them in the same room again since they will be sharing at the other house. I know small kids can get overwhelmed easily even with small changes so I want to make the bedroom situation separate from the move itself so they aren't getting so much change at once.

Just wondering if this makes sense? They sleep amazing right now so I really hate to do anything that will disrupt what we have going on but as I said I'm hoping to relieve a little of their stress before they are forced to room share in a strange new place.
