9 or 10 DPO with spotting.

TTC: Something I never do just happened: I napped for two hours. This morning I spotted what seemed to be old blood slash maybe my period? I have two running apps that I have used for tracking, one says I ovulated 5/24 and the other 5/26. My ovulation strips said 5/24 and I trust it. My concern is, the weird drainage, the cramping, the exhaustion, is this PMS/AF or implantation, anyone experiencing or have experienced the same???
