i just cant seem to lose weight :/

When I was working out 5 days a week and controlling my eating really well I managed to lose about 10 lbs in 1 month, but now that I'm working 2 jobs plus school I dont have the energy to work out 5 days and I usually have been going 3 days a week. I'm just so tired of hating the way I look, and trying to change it but not seeing any results. the 10 lbs I lost was last year and I gained it all back since then. I also hate to cook and am very picky so its hard to find healthy meals that I'll make and like. honestly I just needed to complain to someone other than my husband, who can think about losing weight and drop 10 lbs. But if anyone has any workouts that worked for them or easy recipes that dont include mest or tomatos feel free to share lol.
