CD21 Bloodwork Question

So, I just had more bloodwork done. They actually told me numbers this time, so naturally I have questions. My progesterone level at 5dpo (CD20) on a medicated (50mg Clomid) cycle was 12.3. I've heard above 10 confirms ovulation, but a medicated cycle should be above 15. Then I've seen where some ladies have numbers as high as 54! Is this a good number and does this mean I won't be pregnant this cycle? Nervous and anxious.
