I’ve been ttc for over two years with two chemical pregnancies, and nothing since. I have low progesterone and have been doing supplements after ovulation but hasn’t helped. Someone suggested trying maca capsules, I bought 525mg capsules that only have maca root in it. They’re a tan/green color. I am going to start taking them on CD1, but some people say to only take until CD14 and others say take through the entire cycle until pregnant.. does anyone have any tips (even other than maca), it has had any success stories?
