period flow 😫

is it normal to have a light-heavy flow throughout the day? like i’ve had a medium flow this morning-noon and the after noon it was super light. then now it’s late <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>-night and i am having a very heavy flow!
