Period advice needed

Hello! I need some advice.

I am 25 years old and have always had a very regular period. I have been off of birth control for 3 years and have been normal since. For the last 2 years my fiancé and I have been not preventing getting pregnant. Than about 8 months ago, I missed my period. Then the following month it was back to normal. At the beginning of March my fiancé and I started taking conceive plus. I finished my last period on March 22. Then I was 42 days late for my next period. I am now on day 13 of bleeding. It’s anywhere from light and thin to dark and thick. Any advice before I go to the doctor?
