Spotting again

So I'm about 15 weeks now and I've experienced some very light brown spotting a few times throughout the pregnancy. My doctor hasn't checked for a cause. I had a couple spots yesterday and then it stopped so I thought it was fine and then noticed another one today. I'm worried it could be an infection or something she didn't check for. Her office is closed now for the day. Should I go to the er? I'm also in the middle of treating a yeast infection with monistat 7 cream. Idk what to do.
