They won't stop growing!!!!

Ok my boobs... Ladies, I have no idea how to explain how bad it's been the past week! Every night I normally sleep on my left side and alternate to my right and back and forth. Every night these sharp little pains in my side boob region happen if I stay on one side for too long. Every morning I notice why... These babies are growing like crazy! They have been a bit sore. Oh and I am 15 weeks and 1 day. Any signs of relief?
