So hubby and I have been NTNP for over a year. There were some months we tried in earnest, but nothing ever happened. We got married May 2nd. He works out of town and somehow, miraculously, he was in town my entire fertile period last month. So we did it up! I bought and used the Clear Blue advanced digital opk, we used preseed, and we BD the three days leading up to ovulation.

I swore I felt implantation on Saturday morning and now I think I was right, because a FRER I took on a whim this morning at 10dpo was POSITIVE!

I work in a lab, and we do health fair (self pay) qualitative bhcg tests, so I went into work early and had my blood drawn. I have an hcg of 26. Officially pregnant! I can’t believe it!

I’m incredibly nervous. This is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what to expect. I’m going to tell my mom tomorrow. Yes, I know it’s early, but my younger brother had a baby before me and my parents didn’t find out until he was 3 months old. So I want them to be here for all of this, no matter what happens. And I might be driving 4 hours to tell the husband tomorrow because I don’t know how to keep this to myself all week!!
