Help!! Tender nipples 😭

So my period is usually every month close to the same date. Today is 3 days late, and my nipples are hard constantly like I’m cold (but I’m not) I NEVER have any sort of nipple or breast change before a period and it’s concerning me. I could be over thinking it and maybe it’s just a new thing before my period but idk. I have started working out lately and maybe that’s affected me... but I’ve also had unprotected sex within two+ week span...

Any comments would be awesome!!
