Which birth control method do you think is better and why?

I'm between these options and I'd like to know your opinion about each one ☺️.

I’d say the implant from personal experience. I have had both. I found having the IUD done horrific and I’ve had really bad cramps since. The implant is just easier. People complain about the implant moving but the IUD can also move, it can perforate the womb and it can be expelled. I currently have the IUD because the implant was messing with my migraines. I love both, but I had less pain with the implant than I did with the IUD
