Need to tell anyone who will listen

My husband and I separated at the start of this year (2018), before that we were being tested for primary infertility but the doctors gave us the run around and we kinda gave up on the testing for a while.

I went back to a new doctor a few weeks ago and asked for the testing to be redone as I want assurance myself as to whether or not I can have kids, he sent me for a full blood screening and I had to pee in a 5L jug over 24 hours. I went back to my doctor today (5June 2018) and got the results for my blood tests back, everything is normal even my fertility hormones, the only thing out of whack is my DHEA levels which were in the 2100s last year when the testing was being done and are currently sitting in the 6500s as of today.

My doctor has said there are 2 possible causes he wants to check out, one of which is PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) or a very rare possibility but still a possibility is I could have a tumour on my Adrenal Gland, so my doctor has referred me for a CT scan of my kidneys to see if there are any tumours there, I am quite scared as this is my first ever CT scan and I am also scared because at this stage there is quite a low chance of me having kids of my own.

I’m not looking for attention, I just needed to get this all off my chest because I don’t really have anyone to talk to about this.
