Prozac sex side effects?

I’ve been on Prozac for almost a year now to handle depression and anxiety, and it’s honestly made my life so much better. Recently however, my boyfriend and I have been having a hard time because of our difference in sex drive. My sex drive was normal before meds, but started decreasing afterwards. I have almost no desire to do anything sexual now and it’s really putting a strain on our relationship?

What do I do? Do any of you have the same experience?

I love my boyfriend but I can’t sacrifice my mental health just for sex. I have had no other problems with the medication and it suits me perfectly.
