He broke up with me

Me and my now ex-bf were friends for a few months before we started dating. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a relationship with him but eventually I went for it. Although I knew I wasn’t head over heels for him, I think I did love him in a way. He told me he had commitment issues and that he “struggled to feel anything deeper” for anyone since being in love with his ex of 4 years. I noticed in the last few weeks that he was prioritizing time with his friends and his own personal time above me and every time I tried to acknowledge it, he made excuses. Finally he told me yesterday that he thinks he’s too young and immature for a relationship (he’s 20), and is scared of missing out on opportunities to have fun because he’s in a relationship. He emphasized that it has nothing to do with me, that he feels I treated him better than any other gf, is attracted to me physically, mentally etc. But he told me he also doesn’t feel like he could fall in love with anyone right now. Any advice on how to process this or cope?
