Is this normal?

I’ve been having some brown discharge the past couple of days and now today I’m having some light bleeding and spotting. My last period ended a couple weeks ago and I wasn’t expecting to get my next one until a couple more weeks from now. I also have no other period symptoms like I usually do, no cramps or tender breasts or anything. Is the bleeding being caused by something else or am I just overreacting?

I’m not sexually active or on birth control, fyi.
