My son was due 5/28 but decided to make his entrance 4/26. It’s been a long road for us. All 3 of our babies have been preemies but the other two were 36 weekers. It’s amazing what a difference a week makes when babies are early! We’ve been thru so much with our 3rd child from blood sugar issues to body temp regulation issues to awful severe jaundice to breathing issues that came after he was home for a couple days requiring readmission to a nicu an hour from home all the way to weight gain problems. Anywho, my husband always says “you’re a machine!” & has given me said nickname. I didn’t understand why he’d call me that until he snapped this picture & sent it to me one late night. This is truly what motherhood looks like & I’m DAMN proud to be a “machine”! Just thought I’d share! Love yourselves mamas! You were chosen for this life!
