Any Overnight Users?

I was just curious to know if anybody could tell me about their experience with using the cup overnight and if you recommend it. I’m a new user and It’s my third period with my cup but I never wear it to sleep. I switch to a pad overnight bc I’m worried about the suction coming undone or possible leaking.

I wear mine at 12 hr intervals, always. Which can include overnight and I never have problems. 10/10 would recommend

I wear my cup 24/7 obviously I clean it and remove its contents every 12 hrs

I love having it at night. The only thing I might do and you don't have to do this but I'd recommend not changing your cup right away in the morning because you're laying down when you're sleeping and in the morning everything will flow once you're upright if you know what I mean? I let the cup catch everything to avoid a mess. So I usually wait about an hour before changing it in the morning especially on heavy days

I always wear my cup overnight and ive never experienced any loss of suction. If youre nervous about leaking you could wear the cup and also a pad just in case.

I LOVE the fact that a cup can be worn overnight!! I have thus far done so for 3 cycles, and it sure beats the heck out of getting up every 2-4 hours to change a pad which may or may not have leaked extensively.

I wore mine for the first time overnight and it worked out great. It was the first day of my period so a pretty light day, but no leaks and no discomfort.

They’re the best for overnight. When I wore tampons I’d worry about waking up to change it but with the cup I can be lazy on weekends and now worry about it. I’ve never had a leak.
