Cramping after urinating‼️ AF coming soon...

So I know it’s not the same as seeing a doctor, but my doctor hasn’t been much help to me. I really want to know if anyone else experiences anything like this.

For a while now I’ve started noticing that I get a really bad cramp after I urinate. It’s worse than my menstrual cramps (which aren’t often really bad to begin with, thankfully). I’m not holding it long I don’t think. I typically try and go as soon as I feel the urge.

The pain can last up to 20 minutes. And I notice it’s worse when I’m coming up on my period. My period is never on schedule but right now eve says 11 days till I start. It’s the worst in the morning after the first time I go. Understandable because of how long you end up holding in when you’re sleeping.

I’ve tried limiting how much I drink in the evening but I always feel dehydrated.

I’m trying to get in to see another doctor soon, but I was curious if anyone else gets this? I didn’t find much in google...

I’m only 23 btw. I have some chronic constipation I’m seeing a GI about, and occasional ovarian cysts, but other than that I’m healthy.
