Which is more accurate?!

I have Flo and Glow <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period apps</a> downloaded on my phone and I’m not sure which one is more accurate! Flo says that my period is 2 days away and Glow says I’m 1 day away.. which one do you ladies find more accurate?!
