What is this?

my dermatologist and doctor both said dry spots but i constantly get them usually around my neck area for the past 5 years. They haven’t ran tests & she said it’s not fungal unless it’s white in the middle, which it has been before. they come and go. they’re not taking over my body but it’s kinda da annoying . Sometimes they are perfectly round and i was thinking ringworm or lupus? psoriasis? idk Help
