Les Mills mamas?
Are there any Les Mills instructors on here? Specifically RPM maybe? I’m currently working on my assessment video and need to submit before the 18th. This is my third baby and I feel like my belly is so much bigger this time around(14 weeks). Have you worn a belly band/girdle to teach?
