Foods to go into labor??

What foods have you eaten to go into labor? Chinese? Mexican? I’m fully effaced, 2.5 cm and he is so low that I can’t walk without pain so I’m ready to get this little guy out! 😂

I’ve heard a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s helped several people, including my sister. Took her to get a couple and she went into labor about 12 hours later. Nothing will help if you’re not pretty much ready to go anyway, but fwiw I’ll be having a sandwich or two in about a week to see if it helps lol.

Eggplant and oregano. I read something about a pizza or eggplant Parmesan putting people In labor.  I ate it with my first and my water broke the next day. I haven’t tried it this time.

I have tried everything from dates to whole pineapples. My friend has an eggplant parm recipe that she swears put her into labor, but it didn’t work for me.
