So for the last week I’ve had some nausea on and off, dull headaches on and off and I’ve been exhausted. Ive also had what look like possible faint lines on some tests and nothing on others. My period is now three days late with none of my usual pms symptoms like cramps and mood swings. With conflicting tests and no period should I just wait it out and see if my period comes or call my doctor for a blood test?
