I recently came off the pill (around 2 months ago?), and my last natural cycle was 22 days. I thought I had got my period yesterday, making this cycle 27 days. I had some brown discharge, and today severe cramping. I am also extremely bloated, to the point where I look 5-6 months pregnant. For some reason, if I wipe down there or put a finger in, I see a decent amount of red blood, but none actually comes out and soaks my pad. It is completely clean like I don’t have my period even though I’m writhing in pain from cramps. Does this make any sense? How come the blood isn’t coming out?
