Nexplanon Periods Help

So I’ve had my nexplanon implant for a year now so my periods are starting to disappear which is great, but the last two times I’ve gotten one they’ve been about three months apart and I’m currently on mine. They’re like a freaking crime scene!! They’re so heavy I’m changing a super tampon and liner every 30 minutes. Anyone else had similar symptoms while on it? If so what helped or should I just be waiting for them to fully disappear since it’s only been a year? I’m just so tired of literally stopping my life to fix the kiddie pool size of blood in my panties.
