IN PAIN, HELP!

So I’m almost 34 weeks along. At my last appt (32wk) I told my dr about how I had a sharp pain in my stomach and he said it sounded like round ligament pain. But this was like a very intense stabbing pain felt on different places on my stomach. Not every day but 4-5 different days and several times those days. Does this sound like round ligament pain to you? I thought that was suppose to happen a lot earlier during pregnancy and I’m afraid I may have not explained what I was experiencing well enough to my dr.
