Constipation and PreNatal Vitamins
I started taking PreNatal vitamins, because my hubby and I have started talking about starting to try for kids soon. So, vitamins. 😊
However my dr said at my pap last week that “oh, just so you know, PreNatals can cause constipation.” 🤦🏽♀️ Yeah, they definitely do.
Any advice on what to do to fix this? I’ve been taking them for about a month, and it’s not fun.
