Early pregnancy symptoms?

I’m 8dpo. Yesterday 7dpo I felt a light burning pinch/ light cramp feeling in my uterus. Was very faint but enough to make me wonder. I’ve been trying to conceive since January. I’ve also been constipated for a couple days and my breast are getting more sore since yesterday. I’ve also have had a lot of clear watery mucus and have been urinating a lot more then I’ve had fluid intake the past couple of days. Are these possibly signs of early pregnancy? This will be my second pregnancy if so. I didn’t have many symptoms with my first until after I found out at 5 weeks pregnant.
