I got a letter from my obgyn saying I need to call them about test results. I'm concerned because I got the test results through an online portal and also have a follow up next week to discuss the results with a fertility specialist as my hormones and periods are very messed up and I'm very concerned. Why would they call to give me results I would not understand, especially when I have a follow up with the actual specialist? Do you think the doctor had an early look at them and she wants to get me in for more blood work before I see her next week? I've never had them call me to discuss test results. Has this happened to anyone and they told you to come back for more blood work or did they tell you over the phone you definitely had something wrong? I'm just confused and a little concerned.
