how do i get more comfortable and uninsecure with my boobs?

so i’m very insecure with my body. I hate one of my boobs because it’s deformed than the other and little .. And also i have a third nipple looking thing underneath that boob... Also i’m insecure with my nose , cuz it’s big .. I have a boyfriend and i do want to be naked in front of him and have sex naked but i can’t cuz i’m so insecure and tense.. because of my boob. how do i look myself without getting surgery ? 😩😩😩😩😩it’s just my nose and my boob that’s making me insecure with myself

Its very normal to have one that is diffrent in size. We all have diffrent bodies but we will also have similar bodies as well. My left breast is bigger than the left and its very noticeable and at first I was so weirded out by it but my SO has never made fun of me or anything. Its just natural and thats what makes me feel the most comfort to know that its normal. Same goes for your nose. Its something you have to learn to accept because you are your biggest critic and you are hurting your self esteem. If someone has said something then remember "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". You can always change what you dont like but if you want to love what you have then you have to be positive towards yourself and not put yourself down by hating your nose, your breasts, or anything else. 💜

How old are you ? I definitely think as you mature you’ll grow out of being self conscious of your body. When I was a teenager I had very low self esteem. With age, I’ve learned to embrace all that is me. Look at yourself in the mirror and think all that is positive 💜 learn to love and others will too!! There is nothing sexier than a person with confidence girl 💕
