Got my bfp yesterday evening @3 days late

I calculate I’m about 4weeks 5 days with an edd of February 8,2019! Praying my little one sticks and I have a healthy 9 months as I had a mc 3 yrs ago. Currently feeling great just some nausea, hungry and thirsty a lot and really tired along with some cramping on and off kind of feel like period cramps and some lower back pain. Ohh and not to mention with a very high sex drive! 😭 lol anyone else have the same symptoms?
