What has worked for you ladies I'm dying and uncomfortable in need of what treatments are safe during second trimester

This is from my information booklet from my OB in case you aren't able to get seen soon. He says any over the counter cream should do the trick so Vagisil? Just make sure you read the manufacturers directions and don't use it for longer than it says.
