What workouts to start with after a 3-month break?
I ran 2x and did weights 3x a week before I got pregnant. The first 3 months have been absolute hell. I throw up every time I try to move. Now that I feel better (running still is not an option thanks to nausea), what workouts can I get started with? I used to dance and do yoga, too, so open to all suggestions!
