I did every other. Some males have a lower sperm count then what they realize so allowing a rest day allows for that sperm count to rebuild. So therefore everyday isn’t better. I’d also consider taking vitamins to help.

My doctor told me every other day is best, just make sure you BD the day before ovulation and day of. Those are the 2 highest days.
If you BD every day, it decreases sperm count. You want the sperm to build so when it hits the egg it’s strong enough to fertilize.

Yes that’s fine I’m doing everyday this month don’t care lol last resort gotta do what you gotta do I think it’s only bad if the man has low sperm count  and other problems X
