well I think most people do, tbh lol. But I'm sick and tired of the pettiness at my small ass clinic and wanna hear other peoples stories. VENT AWAY :D

I’ve never understood people who have drama.. I’m 28, grew up in LA .. worked for a high profile dental office in Beverly Hills for almost 9 years and I loved going to that slave ship! Lol seriously.. 
That was my family.. We’re with those fools more then our real family lol.. work was a delight for me and trust me customers were MAD ANNOYING on the daily but I knew that already lol.. 
A few people had drama but I never did.. that feeling has to be so uncomfortable omgggg .. I feel like people talk too much in the first place.. I never told my business and I’m awesome at curving people or shutting a convo down.. or putting a stop to that one playful ass co worker.. people always knew when I didn’t  wanna talk etc and I do it in the most nicest , professional way ( that’s why I don’t have drama) I would simply not make eye contact and do my work! but idk I just never understood people who get into shit, then blame everyone else LOL it takes two to tango..

Oof this is why I quit the whole dental field. I was an assistant and then a hygienist. People are just nasty even if you try to mind your own business or you try to be nice and friendly. I have a very grim view but I feel like there was absolutely nothing I could ever do to fit in. I hated going to work everyday. I became a pharmacy assistant and even though I don’t make as much money I am so much happier and people value and appreciate me and I was promoted. Besides we have so many different people coming in with different personalities (customers) that we don’t even have time to spend gossiping or being petty with each other. I personally would rather deal with nasty customers (that I don’t take personally) than nasty coworkers.
