Ovulation and timing

If Glow is telling me my highest ovulation days are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday when should DH and I have sex? Sorry if this sounds "dumb" to ask, but I'm so confused. When I Google it it says to have sex a day or so after ovulation! 🤨🤔
